Home Phone

Our Home Phone service includes hosting a single geographic phone number and provides support for 1 simultaneous call (channel). It can only be used when bundled with an active NBN or Opticomm internet service.

A full list of call rates can be found on our call rates page. A one time $19.95 setup fee applies to all home phone services and includes a Category A port of a home phone number from another provider, or the setup of a new number.

    You can view our Critical Information Summary for Home Phone here. Porting a number from another carrier may take up to 4 weeks to complete in extreme circumstances and may delay or impact the activation date of an NBN or Opticomm service.
